All fees are consistent with the Ontario Psychological Association’s suggested rates and are HST exempt.
Methods of Payment
Payment for service may be made at the beginning or end of each session. Acceptable payment methods include, credit card or interac e-transfer through your online banking. Following receipt of payment, you will receive an electronic receipt that can be forwarded to your insurance carrier if it covers psychological services.
Insurance
Psychological services provided in private practice in Ontario are NOT covered by the provincial health plan (OHIP). Psychological services are covered in part or in whole by various insurance agencies, and the total amount of coverage may be limited to a certain amount. If you have any concerns or for more information, please check with your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please provide a minimum of 24-hours’ notice of cancellation. If this does not occur, a $150.00 cancellation or no show fee is due.
